We’re looking for the kinds of booths RVers actually enjoy: outdoor gear, campground-friendly products, crafts, food, decor, pet items, apparel, local treasures, and fun finds for life on the road.
Outdoor & Camping
Outdoor gear, adventure equipment, campground items, fire pit accessories, fishing/outdoor products, camp cooking goods, and road-trip essentials.
Crafts & Local Goods
Handmade items, camper decor, signs, candles, soaps, tumblers, shirts, jewelry, gifts, and locally made products people will want to take home.
Food & Fun
Local foods, treats, drinks, snacks, coffee, sweets, pet gear, family-friendly booths, and anything that makes the weekend more fun.
Why Set Up?
This is not a stiff trade show. It is a hometown camping weekend built for families, RVers, shoppers, and people who like to wander, browse, talk, eat, and find something cool.
- Set up Thursday and be part of all three event days.

Vendors may set up Thursday so they can be ready for all three days.

Bring your own tent, table, chairs, displays, products, signage, and anything you need to run your booth comfortably.
