Fall Customer Appreciation Campout 2018
We love to get out into the campgrounds and camp with our customers. So far, they have been received with excitement and anticipation. Folks ask to sign up for the next one before we’ve even planned it! We love it!
Dates: Thursday, November 1, 2018 through Sunday, November 4, 2018
Join us for our 2018 Customer Appreciation Campout! It's bigger and better this year, and we can't wait to see all of you there! This year, we've added new events, live entertainment, and more food with an expanded menu! Of course, we'll still have great games and prizes, as well as our First Annual Dessert Contest and our Cornhole Tournament! It's going to be a great time! Folks describe our campouts as THE Camping Event of the year. This fun-filled weekend sells out quickly, so please don't wait to make your reservation until the last minute. We have over 45,000 customers (we add close to 700 each year!) and only 200 campsites, so availability is very limited.
This year, reservations will be SITE-SPECIFIC. This means you will select your site number when you register. You must occupy that site, no site swapping will be allowed. Every person coming MUST have a paid ticket, whether they are staying in your camper or not. This includes guests only coming to visit for a day. There will be no admission to the park without one... no exceptions.
Registrations and reservations WILL NOT be accepted by Harmonie State Park for this event, nor will registration be available in-house at American RV. For ease of registration, all information will be posted here and all reservations will be done on this site. Hello fellow campers! Because the event has grown in size, it became necessary to more involve Harmonie State Park's management team into the planning of the event. We are so very thankful the State allows us to have this event at the park and we welcomed their involvement in the planning phase.
In addition, we've worked hard to be address a complaint we receive frequently from new customers who learn of the campout after the registration closes. Our goal here is to provide a fun, family atmosphere full of fellowship for as many of our customers as we can. By opening all the spots to registration in May, and subsequently them all filling up with a few hours of doing so, we found we were alienating a large group of people who come into the American RV Family after the registration closes. Therefore, we have worked on a new registration system to allow everyone to have the same chance to attend the campout.
We are happy to announce that there will not be just one opportunity to register, there will be nine opportunities!

The registration site will open at a random time on the days above and automatically close when the allotted spots are filled for that day. We will not announce the exact time to anyone. Check the registration site often during the above windows to see if registration is open.
We have lots of fun activities planned, excellent food, fantastic educational seminars, cornhole tournament, bingo, poker walks, and much much more! Check back frequently for updates as the months of July and August will be very busy for registrations!
